Charles Odell Rowe Jr., age 70, of Gloucester County, passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026. He was a devoted family man who loved nothing more than spending time with his family and being on the water. He took great pride in showing his children the ways of the water, sharing his secret fishing holes, and his love for the Redskins. HTTR! He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Odell Rowe Sr., and granddaughter, Ella Marie Rowe. He is survived by his mother, Goldie Rowe; children, Brandon (Sunny) and Amber; grandchildren, Adalyn and Olivia; sisters, Joanie (Freddie) and Catherine (William); fiancée, Karen Libbus; very special canine companion, Loretta, and a host of nieces and nephews. The family received friends on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, from 10-10:45 a.m. at Susanna Wesley United Methodist Church, 3900 George Washington Memorial Highway, Hayes, Va. 23072, followed by the funeral service at 11 o’clock, conducted by the Rev. Patti Money. Interment was held in Rosewell Memorial Gardens Cemetery following the service.
