Charles Kellam Bradford passed away at his home in Gloucester, Va., on Nov. 14, 2021. He was 100 years old. He was employed with Peoples Life Insurance and retired after 29 years of employment. Charles was born on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. He served in WWII in Europe. An avid gardener, he shared his vegetables with friends and neighbors.
Charles is survived by his wife, Sylvia, and daughter, Diane. A Celebration of Life was held on Nov. 22 at Newington Baptist Church.
