Charles H. Stubblefield, 75, of Achilles, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017.

He was the son of the late Jack Rosser Stubblefield Sr. and Garnett Virginia West Stubblefield, and a 1959 graduate of Gloucester High School.

He was Commissioner of Revenue for Gloucester County for 29 years and served for more than 20 years as ad chairman for the Gloucester County Fair.
