Charles Cecil Shaw Jr., 74, of Smithfield, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 27, 2020. He was the son of the late Charles Cecil Shaw Sr. and Velma Hunter Shaw. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Campbell Shaw; sons, Charles Stephen Shaw (Amy), James Michael Shaw (Casey), Kevin Shaw (Michelle), Michael L. Easterling Jr. (Kelly) and Christopher L. Easterling (Heather); grandchildren, Reagan, McKinlee, Preslee, Nathan and John Stephen. He was also preceded in death by a brother, John David Shaw. Mr. Shaw served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Conflict after which he went to work at Newport News Shipbuilding, where he retired from after 47 years of service. He loved to ride Harley-Davidsons, camping and being around his loved ones

A private graveside service will be held at the Albert G. Horton Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made the American Legion Post, 818 S. Church Street, Smithfield, Va. 23430. Online condolences may be registered at www.littlesfuneralhome.com.
