Chair Yoga classes will be held on Mondays and/or Wednesdays in January from 10-11 a.m. at the Stewart Building in Gloucester.
The class fee is $8 per day if you sign up for the entire month or $9 per day for individual days. Classes begin Wednesday, Jan. 3; the registration deadline is Dec. 25.
