Keith Cerny of Gloucester, already with several citation speckled trout to his credit in 2025, added to the total on Dec. 12 when he caught and released a 28-inch fish in the James River.

Also, Thomas J. Hunter of Hayes, received a citation from the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for a 90-inch bluefin tuna that he caught and released Dec. 6 at Chesapeake Light Tower.
