Virginia and Mark Carrington of Gloucester, announce the engagement of their daughter, Bailey Joyce Carrington, to Josiah Farnsworth Bailey, son of Peggy and Anthony Bailey of Gloucester.

Bailey graduated from Virginia State University with a degree in Agriculture Education, and is a teacher in Portsmouth Public Schools.

Josiah graduated from Gloucester High School and works for Michael and Son HVAC.

A wedding is planned for Sept. 23, 2024 in Vaughan House, Forest.
