A group of kayakers led by Jan Towne, foreground, paddled up and down Put-In Creek on Saturday night, singing carols and visiting with residents who left their lights on and met them on the shoreline. Towne was reviving a custom from the years that she and her husband Shawn owned Bay Trails Kayaking.
