A funeral for Carey Burrell, 74, of Saluda, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Calvary Baptist Church, Saluda. He died Feb. 20, 2018.

He was preceded in death by a son, Charles Orlando Burrell, and his father, Robert Burrell. 

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Alcener Burrell; his mother, Corine Goins Burrell; his children, Dustin Burrell, Tammy Burrell, Yolanda Brown, and Barbara Giles; four grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 1, at J.K. Redmond Funeral Home, Shacklefords.
