Memorial Weekend Wellness Day will be held from 1-5 p.m. on Saturday, May 27, at CA & J Farm, 5620 East River Road, Foster.

The day will include an herb talk, “All About Your Skin,” a talk on the energy of stones by Reiki specialist Chad Fortney of Alternative Healing of West Point, farm tours during which those attending can feed the animals, a foraging walk to look for healthy weeds, and Drum Fun by the Fire.

Participants will be able to explore the gardens, the farm, and the meditation areas, enjoy the Yellow Barn Store, and create in the hive.
