Cox Communications opened a new customer service center at Fox Mill Center, Gloucester, in early November, replacing its previous location at the Gloucester Point Shopping Center.
Felicia Blow, director of public affairs for Cox, said that the new Gloucester Solutions Store, is both a retail store and a customer service center. The site features extended hours, and customers can stop by to pay their bills or add services to their accounts.
Mitchell Allen is manager of the 1,360-square-foot shop. He is assisted by one senior specialist and three solutions specialists, Blow said.
Cox has operated in Hampton Roads for more than 25 years, Blow said, and currently has 12 retail stores throughout the region.
