BZA to consider two applications for home occupation businesses

The Gloucester County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold two public hearings on special exception requests during a meeting beginning at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, in the colonial courthouse.

Property owner Frank P. Pagano III has applied for a special exception to establish a home occupation type II for the sale of firearms and other accoutrements.

Pagano said he will sell vintage and collectable firearms, antique swords, armor and other items.

Trading as F&K Antiques, Pagano said in an addendum to his application that the business will not operate a retail storefront or have customer traffic. The business will be operated from a garage/workshop, Pagano said, as well as an office within the residence.

The property is located at 1923 Pine Lane, which is in the York Magisterial District and is zoned single-family detached residential (SF-1).

Also, the board will consider the application of Jill D. Reece, applicant, and Jason and Jill Reece, property owners.
