Gloucester resident Stuart Bunting has been named the Lancaster by the Bay Chamber 2021 Business Person of the Year. Bunting is president and CEO of Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury, a senior living facility in Irvington. “This is quite an honor considering the many wonderful business leaders in Lancaster County,” Bunting said. “I want to thank you, the residents and staff of RWC, for your gracious nomination letters and for the many notes and cards you sent since the award was announced.”
