BRIANNA NICOLE SULC

Brianna Nicole Sulc, 19, of Gloucester, Virginia died Dec. 31, 2016 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Christmas Day.

Bri worked at Courthouse Family Medicine and was a student at Rappahannock Community College. She had the most positive attitude, always caring for everybody else, always putting others first. She enjoyed the beach, swimming and photographing sunsets. Bri always tried to find the positivity in things and spread her contagious energy to everyone around her through her smile. We have lost someone so special and she will be missed and always remembered in the hearts of her loving parents, family and friends.

She is survived by her mother, Kristie Askew (Johnny); father, Edwin Sulc (Sharon); brother, Joshua Sulc; sister, Eliana Fountain; maternal grandparents, Sue and Mark Young; maternal great-grandmother, Betty Jo Figgins; paternal grandparents, Paul and Joy Sulc, and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service officiated by the Rev. Dr. Randall Hahn, the Rev. Rita Staul, and the Rev. Thomas Ligon will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017 at BridgePoint Church, 10487 Harcum Road, Gloucester. Interment will follow in Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family received friends Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2017 from 6-8 p.m. at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point.
