Book/Author Luncheon

Roger Dale Loring of Hayes, author of “I Don’t Text While Driving, Walking, or Standing Still” will be the featured speaker at this year’s Book/Author Luncheon on Friday, March 24 at Providence Baptist Church, Ordinary. The annual event is sponsored by the York River Circle of the International Order of The King’s Daughters and Sons. Loring will talk about his latest book, which is a composite of humorous essays about reaching the “if they don’t have a senior discount, I’m not going there” age. Tickets, at $25 apiece, are available from any member of the York River Circle or at The Silver Box.
