Board meeting cancelled due to storm

The 2018 organizational meeting of the Gloucester County Board of Supervisors scheduled for Wednesday night was cancelled because of the impending winter storm that was forecast to hit the region.

According to board clerk Trish Cronin, all of the organizational matters that were to take place Wednesday night have been postponed to the board’s Jan. 16 meeting in the colonial courthouse.

A public hearing that was scheduled for Wednesday night to consider adding the Holly Beach subdivision in the Petsworth district to the list of leash law areas that are in the county has been postponed to the board’s Feb. 6 meeting. ...
