Virginia Agricultural Cost Share signups continue through Aug. 7 for eligible farmers in Gloucester, Mathews and Middlesex counties for executing Best Management Practices on their fields.
This is the time to sign up for all practices, with an emphasis on cover crops, a release from the Tidewater Soil and Water Conservation District stated.
Due to COVID restrictions, the Tidewater SWCD office is limited to one guest in the office at a time. If you plan to sign up in person, call ahead at 804-699-3482 to ensure they are able to accommodate you.
