The blues band Cole Stevens and the Delta Daggers will perform from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 5 in the historic Thomas James Store alongside the Mathews Memorial Library Community Courtyard in Mathews.

This Music on Maple Ave performance will be hosted by Mathews Visitor Center and Mathews County Historical Society.

Gumbeau’s Food Truck will be serving gourmet Cajun-inspired foods, and beer and wine will be available for cash sale.

The event is sponsored by Haskins Bayside Auto and Storybound Construction.

Tickets are $25. They include one drink and are available at the Visitor Center. They may also be reserved by calling 804-725-4229. Those reserving tickets may pay for and collect their tickets the day of the event. ...
