Michelle Green, owner of Blown Away Salon in Hayes, has opened a second location right across the Coleman Bridge. Located in the York Square Shopping Center, the new location held its soft opening on Saturday, and will hold a grand opening on April 10.

Green is excited for the unexpected opening the new location. She said she hadn’t been aggressively seeking for a space to expand into, and felt that she would expand her brand in five years or so. However, when this opportunity fell in her lap, the quick transition began. It’s always been Green’s goal to keep moving forward, she’s never been afraid to take on new challenges, and find ways to use her business to impact others.
