The Northern Neck Master Gardeners will hold their inaugural Bloom & Grow Festival and Plant Sale from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at Ingleside Vineyards, 5877 Leedstown Road, Oak Grove. Admission to this event in Westmoreland County is free to the public. Attendees will have the opportunity to browse and purchase hundreds of plants of over 75 species, all carefully curated for local landscapes. Unique gardening accessories will be available for purchase in the garden marketplace. Master Gardeners will provide one-on-one personalized consultations for horticultural advice and have scheduled educational talks on various topics.
