‘Bloom and Grow’ gets children into daffodil fun

Children ages 6-13 are invited to take part in a free flower-arranging session on Saturday, April 4, at Arts on Main, during the Gloucester Daffodil Festival.

With the theme “Bloom & Grow,” each child will choose a colorful flowerpot, select flowers from buckets, and be given free rein to create artistic arrangements. They may also take their creations home, a release said.

The event is free, with all supplies, flowers and decorative items provided by the sponsoring Garden Club of Gloucester at no cost.

Interested children may be registered by calling Susan Howard at 804-693-4788 by March 28, leaving the child’s name, age, and parent’s phone number.
