Members of the Middle Peninsula Bird Club have been busy, with a pair of bird watching events in the past few weeks. On Aug. 13, 13 members visited the Deltaville Maritime Museum’s Holly Point Nature Park and Safe Harbor Stingray Point Marina. They identified 18 bird species and counted 78 individual birds at Holly Point Nature Park, and identified 20 bird species and counted 84 individual birds at Stingray Point Marina.
