Bird walk next week at Brent and Becky’s

The Middle Peninsula Bird Club will guide participants in a bird walk at 8 a.m. next Thursday, Nov. 15, at Brent and Becky’s, 7900 Daffodil Lane, Ware Neck area.

Participants are encouraged to bring binoculars to enjoy watching and listening to the birds found on the property. Winter residents such as White-throated Sparrows and Yellow-rumped Warblers have arrived. Brent and Becky’s is listed as a birding “hotspot” on eBird (Cornell University’s website of citizen birding observations). Visit https://ebird.org/home.

Any cancellations due to weather will be posted on the club’s Facebook page.

You do not have to be an expert to join the walks; the Middle Peninsula Bird Club is an informal group with no membership fees. All levels of birders are welcome.
