Billy Dwyne Simmons, 58 years old, native of Texas, resident of Gloucester, Va., died in his sleep sometime early Sunday morning, March 20, 2016.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Debbie Simmons; his four children, Billy W. Simmons, Johnathan E. Simmons, Hannah R. Hammons, Sarah M. Simmons, and eight beautiful grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 25 at 11 a.m. at Lighthouse Worship Center in Gloucester.
