Betty Jane Martin, age 82, of Gloucester, died on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital. Betty was born on September 19, 1943 to the late Lawrence and Virginia Eastwood Caitlin. Betty was a much-loved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She loved fishing, gardening, cooking, and had various arts and crafts hobbies throughout the years. She was also a school bus driver for Gloucester County Public Schools for over 30 years. Betty is survived by her husband, Edwin P. Martin; her children, Ronald K. Martin, Linda J. Martin, and Janet C. Hall (Jordan); her grandson, Jesse A. Hall. A Celebration of Life service, conducted by the Rev. Richard Croxton, was held in the chapel of Hogg Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 2 p.m. The inurnment will be private.
