Theresa Wells Stifel, right, won first place in Arts on Main’s second Annual Juried Show with her mixed media portrait “Constance.” The award was presented by Jennifer Morningstar, left, gallery manager of the Charles Taylor Visual Arts Center in Hampton, who judged the field of 58 accepted entries in the show. Stifel won $300 and a one-person exhibition at Arts on Main. The other prize winners are Mary Montague Sikes, second place, with the abstract painting “Point of Entry,” and Trotter Hardy in third place with the photograph “Circular Reasoning.” ...
