Bernice Eilene Scott, age 62, of Mathews, Virginia, passed away at 2:45 a.m. on August 21, 2016 after a long and courageous battle against a neurological disorder.

Eilene was a devoted member of Living Waters Church in Dutton, Virginia. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend, always putting others before herself. She had the most generous, loving heart and touched many lives. Her family and friends will always be grateful for the gift that was her life.

She is survived by her husband of 10 years, Ralph Scott; children, Jennifer Rambo, Allyson and Stan Young, Bambi and Chris Earls, Jamie and Angela Beckett, and her grandchildren.

A visitation was held on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home. A memorial service was held on August 24, 2016 at Living Waters Church, Dutton.
