Greg Peak Performance Horses, LLC, a private horse training operation that relocated last year from Richmond to Havers Hall Farm near Belroi, has been making some noise in the horse competition world since its move.
Owners Greg Peak and Robin Mountjoy Peak said they decided to move to Gloucester for a more private setting where they can train their Friesen and Arabian horses for competition. They also travel throughout the region and sometimes out of state to train other riders.
The Peaks do not have an open boarding or exercise facility, but Greg said they can exercise and train their own horses—a dozen at present—in all types of weather.
Greg has been around training, breaking and competing for more than 30 years, while Robin has been training and competing horses for about 40 years.
