Bella’s Unique Styles is a family affair. The new home-based Mathews business, located at North, offers a wide range of customized items, from cups, shirts and pillows to flags, bags and blankets. Even coasters and earrings are customized.Linda Braxton started the business, but was soon joined by her daughters, Tatiana and Tanisha. The three of them work together to design and make all of the items using a computer, a Cricut machine, and a heat press.

“We do whatever anybody wants,” said Linda Braxton.

Younger daughter Tatiana said graphic design was her favorite part of the job. She said she could create such items as a T-shirt based on a customer’s favorite television show or actor, with filters and backgrounds available to enhance the design. Older daughter Tanisha said she’s still learning the ropes, but helps out with a little bit of everything.
