OSPREYS: The Baystars U10 Ospreys beat the Beach FC Milan and the Beach VC Vipers to close the spring season with a 7-1 record. Against Milan on May 1 at Woodville Park, Aidan Houtz scored on a free kick and with an assist by Brady Bell, who scored with an assist from Houtz and on a penalty kick to give the Ospreys a 4-2 win at Woodville Park. Against the Vipers on Saturday at Woodville, Houtz scored on a free kick and with an assist from Gavin Skay, and Hunter Young scored on a breakaway for a 3-0 victory. Keeper Bray Kippler got the shutout aided by strong defense from Randy Schwartz and Braden Jurgensen.

Baystars Swordfish The Baystars Swordfish pulled out a 3-2 win over the Pink Cheetahs to close the spring season Saturday.
