Bay Transit offering free rides as part of ‘Try Transit Week’

In celebration of “Try Transit Week,” Bay Transit is offering free rides to all its Courthouse Circulator and Beehive Express riders next week.

“Bay Transit is excited to encourage residents throughout our service area to try the Courthouse Circulator and Beehive Express by offering unlimited free rides on these two Gloucester County-based bus routes the week of September 16-20,” said Ken Pollock, Director of Bay Transit.

“Participants who pledge to try transit at trytransitweek.org are automatically entered for a chance to win a month of free transit service from Bay Transit as well as a pair of round‐trip tickets aboard Virginia’s state-sponsored Amtrak Northeast Regional train. You can make your pledges to try transit at trytransit.org through September 20.”
