Bay School Summer Art Camps begin next week

The Bay School Community Arts Center will hold its youth Summer Art Camps beginning on Thursday, June 9 through Friday, Aug. 26.

A variety of camps are available for children ages 4–17, with several geared specifically to middle and high school students, said a press release. Most of the camps are being offered Tuesday through Friday, either from 9 a.m. to noon or from 1 to 4 p.m. There will also be a variety of shorter classes, along with multi-week clay and paper maché classes. Two of the camps last all day—a one-day camp and a four-day camp.

Children may take two different camps in one week and stay through the lunch hour, said the release. The school will provide lunchtime supervision and activities, but children will need to bring their own lunch.
