Bay Aging Board of Directors elects new officers

The Bay Aging Board of Directors has elected new officers who will serve for the next two years. James N. “Jimmie” Carter Jr. has been elected chairman; Dr. Barry L. Gross has been elected vice chair, Stanley Clarke treasurer, and Vera Lee secretary.

Gross, who has served on the Bay Aging Board of Directors for over two years, is a Gloucester County resident who, after retiring from practicing medicine, also serves on the board of the Bay Aging Foundation.

“I am thoroughly enjoying serving on the Bay Aging and Bay Aging Foundation Board of Directors and appreciate the myriad of services that Bay Aging provides to communities throughout the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula,” Gross said. “I look forward to continuing my service on the Bay Aging Board of Directors in this new capacity.”
