Barbara Ann McGowan Booker Lewis of Cobbs Creek, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018, at the age of 80.

She was born in West Point on Feb. 10, 1937.

Barbara married Cecil M. Booker Jr., who died in 1988, and they had a daughter, Beth. Barbara married Robert M. Lewis on July 20, 2002 and her family expanded to include three sons: Donnie Lewis, Ronnie Lewis and James Rose. She also became a grandmother when Ronnie and Sara Lewis had Noah and Faith.

She enjoyed all of her family. Barbara especially loved and was loved by her best friend and daughter, Beth.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018. 

Faulkner Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Foster-Faulkner Chapel assisted the Lewis family with arrangements.
