Barbara A. “Bobbi” Morgan passed away in Gloucester on Monday, June 13, 2016. 

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 18, at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Gloucester with a reception to follow in the fellowship hall. A graveside service will be held at Pisgah Baptist Church in Rice, Virginia, on Sunday, June 19 at 3 p.m.
