Mathews Rotary Club president Jay Black (left) has had 27 years perfect attendance at the Mathews Rotary Club and regularly makes up missed meetings at other Rotary clubs as he travels. Last month, traveling to Anacortes, Washington, to visit family members, he attended a breakfast meeting at the Fidalgo Island Rotary Club. In keeping with Rotary tradition, Black took a banner from the Rotary Club of Mathews, exchanging it with Fidalgo Club president Dan Conrardy.
