Auto Max hires service tech, adds new warranty program

Entering its fifth year after building its state-of-the-art service facility, Auto Max of Gloucester has announced some changes to the business, including the hiring of a new service technician and a new warranty program on all the vehicles it sells.

According to sales associate Jeff Niblett, Auto Max has hired Matt Dunlap, who has more than a decade of experience servicing vehicles. He is also GM-certified. “He’s a true asset,” Niblett said.

The service department has four service bays and has two licensed state inspectors. The business can perform anything ranging from minor to routine maintenance to moderate or major repairs, Niblett said. It also sells tires and offers related services, detailing and more.
