A wide array of artists will add a touch of creative flair to the Yorktown waterfront on Sunday, when the Art at the River Juried Art Show returns for its 10th annual event.

Guests can stroll down the Riverwalk from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to view the one-of-a-kind work on display and for sale—paintings, pottery, jewelry, glass arts, photography, woodwork, metalwork, and much more.

Forty-two artists were selected for this exhibition. These chosen creators are traveling to Yorktown from Richmond and the greater Tidewater area to participate in this popular community event.

Juried Art Show prizes valued at more than $3,000 will be awarded for first, second and third places, and honorable mention, in 2D, 3D, jewelry, and photography. The Susan H. Powell Best in Show Award will be presented in memory of the founder of the Art at the River Juried Art Show.

Attendees can also vote for their favorite to receive the People’s Choice Award, the recipient earning a $100 prize.
