Arthur Wayne Jackson, 76, of Shacklefords, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018. 

Arthur Wayne was born in Pocomoc City, Maryland, on Aug. 15, 1942. He was a graduate of Granby Barber College in Norfolk, and retired as a commercial waterman.

He had a great love for the water and made his retirement home on the beach at Tuckers Recreation Park and Marine, Shacklefords. He loved riding one of his golf carts around the park and hanging with his friends at the Tiki Hut.  

He is survived by his daughter, Genny Rivero; three sons, Wayne Jackson (Barbara), William Jackson, Robert Jackson (Theresa); grandchildren, Jeremiah and Hailey, and his girlfriend, Judy Holer.

A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
