Arthur C. Rowe Jr., 68, of Mathews, Virginia, passed away on Monday, December 15, 2025. He was born to June and Arthur Rowe of Diggs, Virginia, on December 31, 1956. He was a former Marine and worked on barges and tugboats for many years. He was also an avid fisherman. Clem was a member of Salem Church of Mathews, and he helped everyone who needed a hand, and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by a brother, Michael Rowe of North; sisters, Sue Mitchem (Ronnie) of Moon; Ellen Rowe of Mathews, and Polly Almeida of Virginia Beach.

A service will be held at a later date. Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews, is assisting the family.
