Meghan Davis of Hayes, art teacher at Bethel Elementary, participated in an art memorial for the enslaved at the College of William and Mary in February. Recently, her painting (above) titled “Ephara 1768,” was selected by the Muscarelle Museum to be part of the Presidents’ Collection and displayed at the Sadler Center.
