Art events cancelled, postponed

A number of arts events that were planned for the coming weeks have been cancelled or postponed. They include

Book Author Luncheon

The York River Circle of The King’s Daughters and Sons’ annual Book Author Luncheon, originally scheduled for Friday, has been postponed to May 15. All other details remain the same, according to Della Garrett. Connie Lapallo will be the guest speaker, and it will be held at Providence Baptist Church, Ordinary, beginning at noon.

‘Love, Loss and What I Wore’

The Court House Players production of the comedy “Love, Loss and What I Wore” has been postponed. Previously scheduled for two performances this weekend at Flat Iron Crossroads, the show will be rescheduled for another date after the current coronavirus-related health crisis has passed.
