The Guinea Heritage Association will be offering free art classes for children ages 9-12, on Saturdays in June. Registration is now open and each class is limited to 10 students. Classes will be held on Saturdays from 9-10 a.m. at Buck’s Store Museum and will be led by Nancy Wilburn, artist and retired teacher from Achilles Elementary School. Each class will focus on a different form of art, including fiber art, watercolors, acrylics, and “found art,” art made from everyday objects. To register, visit guineaheritage.org/guinea-youth-art-classes. For more information, email info@guineaheritage.org. Buck’s Store Museum is located at 8850 Guinea Road in Bena.
