A Hayes man has been arrested in connection with a double homicide that occurred Monday night in the 7400 block of Bellehaven Drive at Gloucester Point.

The Gloucester Sheriff’s Office is still investigating the shooting that left two women dead. The victims have been identified as Helga Marie Frost, 29, and Eleni Gabrielle Wright-Bonnette, 24.

On Wednesday morning, the GSO announced that Kenneth Ray Miller of Hayes had been arrested in connection with the murders. Miller was charged with two counts of murder in the first degree and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. He is currently being held in the Gloucester County Jail with no bond.

The GSO said its officers responded to the 7400 block of Bellehaven Drive at about 10:07 p.m. regarding a 911 call for a shooting which had just occurred.
