“I’m always going to say the first step is to get with a realtor,” explained Dame. Like with selling a home, it’s important to find an experienced, highly rated, local realtor that can prepare you for purchasing a home. “Get an agent whose marketplace is in Gloucester, who knows this market,” she explained. “It’s more important with a buyer’s agent, even more than a seller’s agent.”
