April Dawn “Sissy” Hogge Back, 38, of Gloucester, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2017, at Riverside Walter Reed Hospital.

She was born in Newport News, and was the owner of OCD Cleaning Service, but loved being a stay-at-home mom and loved being a Registered Nurse.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Caitlyn Hogge; father, William Marvin Osborne Sr. and David C. Brown.

She is survived by her husband, Samuel Brian Back; her children, Emma Hogge and Eastin Hogge; stepdaughter, Angel Back; mother, Patsy Pierce Osborne; sisters, Lisa Michele McFarland and Amy Rivera; her father and mother-in-law, Larry and Debbie Back; grandfather, Evans Brown; her Nana, Marie Gionfrida; the father of her children, Calvin Hogge, and eight nieces and nephews.

The family received friends on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2017, from 1-2 p.m. at Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory with funeral services starting at 2 o’clock. Burial was at Windsor Gardens Cemetery, Dutton.
