Applegate now a Certified Master Inspector

Randy Applegate of Gloucester is now credentialed as a Certified Master Inspector—the industry’s top professional designation for home and commercial inspectors. The certification was awarded by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

In order to earn this designation, Applegate was required to complete more than 1,000 residential and commercial inspections, undergo proper continuing education, be in the inspection business for more than 20 years, abide by the industry’s code of ethics, and be vetted via periodic background checks.

Applegate Home Inspections, which is co-owned by his wife Pamela, has been serving the surrounding Virginia communities since 1998, specializing in historic home and new construction inspections, with an emphasis on energy savings. The firm’s primary coverage area includes the Middle Peninsula, as well as portions of the Northern Neck and Peninsula.
