Anthony F. “Tony” DeLaurentis, age 54, of Mathews, Va., died on Thursday, July 30, 2015.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and, once honorably discharged, became a general contractor. 

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Sharon Minter DeLaurentis; two daughters, Ashley F. Bain (Jacob) and Elizabeth F. DeLaurentis; a son, Anthony DeLaurentis, and a granddaughter, Joleigh Bain. He is also survived by his father- and mother-in-law, Leonard and Barbara Minter.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Aug, 4, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Bethel United Methodist Church, Onemo, Va., and burial followed at Pear Tree Cemetery, Onemo. The family received friends Monday, Aug. 2, 2015, at Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home, Mathews.
