A funeral for Anna Beatrice Whiting Brown, 95, of Gloucester, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Zion Poplars Baptist Church, Gloucester. She died March 12, 2018.

She graduated from the Gloucester Training School, and was a member of Zion Poplars Baptist Church. She worked for 60 years at Gloucester Laundry, (now The Village Cleaners).

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert James and Ethel J. Wyatt Whiting; husband, George Edward Brown, and a sister, Dorothy Arizona Whiting. 

Survivors include two daughters, Rosalie Octavia Corbin and Jacquelyn Ann Hodges; three grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
