Amanda D. Satterfield, 97, of Richmond passed away on September 2, 2016.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin L. Satterfield; son, John Raymond Satterfield, and 10 brothers and sisters. 

She is survived by her son, Gary and his wife Jean; daughter-in-law, Marcia Satterfield; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Amanda was a wonderful mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, September 15, at Bliley’s – Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Rd. Graveside services at 11 a.m. Friday, September 16 in Signal Hill Memorial Park, Hanover.
